Application by email. Invited to a video interview with the CEO and an administrator, in which the company's structure and some previous projects were described followed by some interview questions. Then invited to a second video interview with the HR director and the head of technical delivery, who asked some more in-depth questions. Finally I was called to announce my rejection, and I was provided with some very useful feedback on my performance throughout the process. The whole process took around 4-5 weeks from initial application to final rejection call, and correspondence was prompt and friendly throughout!
