Applied online then went through their 1. phone screen and 2. on site interview with executive time. However they didn't really seem to have much hiring experience a bit absurd. On site was rescheduled a few times at short notice, and at the end they decided not to hire because they were unsure of how to structure their own team. I also asked for a demo which got turned down abruptly, interview seemed like they were looking to seek free consultation instead having a genuine hiring need. If I had known earlier I wouldn't waste time applying.
