**BEAWARE** Not the kind of company to which one should think to apply. These people recruitment is timepass and fun activity. They will conduct interviews like they are Google like product based company and negotiate salary as well. Later when asked for update they will inform that offer rollout is in progress and will complete in few days. But after few days they start their real magic "we don't have budget to hire" even after negotiations. Keep following up and ask them what's the best they can offer .. nothing. One fine day we did internal mobility and decided to stop offer. These people take other job search people time as fun activity for them and enjoy on these. They seriously need to look into their leadership and team. Hopefully other people will get help reading this experience and think thousands of times before applying to such companies who take the applicant for granted and enjoy on their time.
