Initial chat with a recruiter who reached out. Then met with the Talent Acquisition who did rapid fire but easy questions. Lots of red flags, 1) The job listing apparently has been reposted (another friend had applied two months before me), 2) They are 12 months behind their goals of where they thought they were going to be, so most likely bad leadership 3) After speaking to the TA the salary package changed and was lower after speaking with the recruiter, so I ended up withdrawing my application as it doesn’t seem like this company will be around in the long term; especially in a crowded market and no direction
