Process is extremely time-consuming. They require a 6 hour coding project in addition to the interviews. I would say steer clear because even if your code accurately meets the requirements (there's a list of things it must do) they will reject you and refuse to give feedback. This means you have a 99% chance of working for a highly-opinionated jerk manager who is not at all considerate of his employees. Mid-tier compensation and small scale experience make this the worst interview I have been a part of.
