There were total three interview. First one was to check problem solving capacity and algorithm design. Second interview was related to specific programming language. And final interview was HR interview. First round took almost two hours with total 4 questions. Second round took 1 hour with focus on .Net (I was interview for .Net position). And third round took half an hour. I was asked to code on paper and whiteboard.
