As you enter the office, there is no reception, no one to talk to. At first, I was feeling lost, then I contacted the consultant who had scheduled my interview. Finally the hr person came & took me to an open cabin. There is a lot of noise on the floor & you have to be loud to be heard. I had 3 rounds, one with the CTO, another with another engineering head & third the hr round. The questions were mostly around design, scalability, performance & problem solving. I got positive vibes from them while answering their questions. What I could figure out was that they had not budgeted for the position, so were not able to meet my expectations. I would suggest that you check with the hr, whether they have checked your package & know your expectations before spending your time at their interview.
