I submitted an application, and I received an interview request on the next business day. The interview was pretty standard, although the interviewer seemed aloof and a bit off putting. I sent a thank you note, but never heard back (ghosted). Please show some more respect for candidates and their time.

I had one phone interview with the team, and after that the communication completely stopped. Despite following up several times, I never received a single response, which felt unprofessional and frustrating.
