No screening led straight to a lengthy assignment, only to receive a one-line rejection. I've asked multiple times for a follow-up only to be ghosted. Felt more like a consulting/baking question wrapped in a weak attempt at some Amazonian doc-writing culture.

The first step of the process was to provide an answer to a hypothetical prompt. After spending quite a bit of time to put a response together all I got back was a template rejection letter as if all I did was send a resume through a bot. Despite attempts to ask for feedback I received nothing. Absolutely disrespectful and horrible process. Do not waste your time applying for a job with this company as my experience seems similar to others for many roles. I understand the need desire to use prompts to assess talent but if you’re going to expect your candidates to do that, the least you can do is treat them with respect.

The hiring process is heavily case based. So case based in fact that before I was even screened I was asked for a case. Generally I consider that a red flag. When I was rejected, despite being “selected” for a case my gut tells me everyone is asked for a case and resume screening is actually done after that. Recommend against applying here.
