I had a phone interview which was very odd. I was not asked many questions about my skills or past experiences. My interviewer mostly talked about himself and what his responsibilities were at the company. He did briefly go over the positions and what an individual in that position would be responsible for.

Applied online, one short Audio interview, ask for couple examples of related experience, then being informed the position is closed days after. Respond very slow, took three weeks to get updates from hr.
