Tis recruitment came via campus placements. Overall process was simple they needed freshers with excellent communication skillls for BDR's. For that earlier they asked us to create a video resume explaining our skills and showcasing our interesets in the comapny as well as they also asked us to read a paragraph in the same video to cheack our vocabulary.
