Applied online then received a phone call that I've been shortlisted. Interviewed by two people. They explained about the role and the daily duties in the lab. Was asked technical questions

Entrevista
I applied online, about 2 weeks later got a phone call to set up an in person interview the next night. I was interviewing for the graveyard shift so the interview was at 11pm. Lasted about 45min. We talked in the supervisor's office for a bit, toured the lab, talked again briefly in office.
