The initial interview was held via zoom. The follow-up interview was also via zoom. The homework assignment was to write a recruiting ad for a Nursing Manager position for a fictitious position at a hospital. After a follow up email, the company representative never followed through.

The recruiter calls you out of the blue to do a quick phone screen. This was a bit strange as usually, recruiters will reach out via email. After asking a couple basic questions, you move on to the video interview. The video interview was pretty straightforward as they just ask questions about your experiences. After the video interview, you then get an assignment to write a mock job ad in a city they choose. Unfortunately, this was where I got ghosted. Despite following up twice via email, recruiter never replied back. I also called their office and asked for an update (this was like a month later). Another person picked up and I was told perhaps there was a hiring freeze but she will have the recruiter get back to me. She still never got back to me. To spend 10 minutes on phone screen, 30 mins on phone interview and then an hour plus on hw assignment just to get ghosted is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. As a recruiting agency, you guys should know better than to ghost candidates. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY EVERYONE!! They don't value your time!
