2 part - easy - assessment - Very friendly. First a brief phone screen - assessment - and then brought in to the office for a panel interview. Very conversationalist style. They will offer you a position on the spot if they like you.

I made the mistake of applying for this position. The company is a joke and they will SPAM you with phone calls and emails. After having an initial interview, I knew the position was not for me. I decided not to continue with the interview process. They continued to contact me via email and phone. I asked for my resume and contact information to be removed from their database and not be contacted again. Yet they still SPAM my inbox and phone.
