4 phases: (1) HR phone screen; (2) hiring manager phone screen; (3) in-person; (4) follow up in-person. The questions were fair - all about my experience related to the role, my fit with Clif, my thoughts on my future position. The HR interview was the toughest - lots of questions about people management, conflict resolution, cross-functional cooperation - definitely about fit, but trying to get a level deeper. I would also say the process was tough because of the length of time from application to in-person interviews + the number of in-person conversations (14? sometimes in groups of 2). It was also surprising that no one asked about my thoughts on the 5 aspirations, even though I was told multiple times to know them inside and out!
