Met with senior management for a 2 step interview process. Both interviews were in a conversational, two way format. The interviewers did a good job of putting me at ease and setting the tone for a candid, open conversation. During the second interview, an individual serving in a similar role as the one I was interviewing for sat in on the conversation to further discuss the expectations of the position.
