Met with a outside rep brought in to revamp he department. The man interviewed me twice, once by phone and the other face to face. He was honest and upfront with how both interviews went, which was refreshing. Finally met with the executives almost a month later for a face to face, then went to meet a senior management employee, who was a pleasure to speak with just like everyone else in the process.
