I found the job posting online in an email list and called the attached number. One of the company owners personally answered the call. After getting a brief history of my previous employment and qualifications from me he set an appointment a week away for an interview. I independently emailed them my CV. The interview took place in the company offices where I currently now work, and I met both the owners. I also hand carried in my CV and they asked questions about my skill set and specific jobs listed on the CV. We also discussed the salary range and basic terms of employment. They were personable and we had a pleasant interview. They advised they would make a decision within the week. Three days later they called me back and asked if I could start work on a certain date, I advised I could and they offered me the position. My first day we signed an employment contract. I want to mention I received a raise within the first three months and was asked to recommend two more people for employment, who were also hired.
