Interview Process was smooth but was too lengthy. I had 6 rounds of interview. It used to happen in every 2-3rd day. I think the overcall rating of the company defines the standard of the interview procedure and decission making skill. I gave 6 rounds of interview and they have told me directly that I am selected however after that they have told me that they still need to get some approval and after that excuses and excuses. 1. Manager is in leave. 2. Manager is out of station 3. Trying to contact manager and all these took almost 15 days and then I gave up. Later they told me that there is no clarity on it and if I am selected then I will get a call. Till today I have not got that call. People says, whatever happens, happens for good.
