Entrevista
Rediculous waste of time. They have you doing far too much for simple customer service role. Made it to final rounds and was denied through an email instead of a phone call. After making it three rounds and spending countless hours on their mini project and interview prep I was infuriated that they didn't even call me to let me know I wasn't going to be given an offer. I had t ask for feedback because there wasn't any. I would not recommend applying here.
Okay, where to even begin? First off I want to say how incredibly unprofessional the hiring manager was. I’ve been on a lot of interviews and have never experienced anything like this. Our first interview was supposed to be over Zoom and he never showed up. I sent multiple emails to see if he was going to show up and didn’t hear back until the next day. Okay fine, I get it things happen. So that was strike one. Then this guy calls me “Dad” in an email. What?? At least proofread your emails before you send them. He was also very bad at communicating throughout the entire process and I had to keep following up any email I sent because I didn’t get a timely response. To top it all off, they ask you to do lengthy assignments as a part of the interview process. I spent hours and hours doing these assignments only to get to the final interview and not get the job because of technical difficulties. Don’t even bother interviewing here because it’s an utter waste of time.
I was initially asked to do an initial phone screen, followed by a call with the Vice President. After that I was given a project with no real deadline. The day I turned in my project I was asked to come in the NEXT day which is pretty crazy. Luckily I was able to make it work. There was no communication about how long the interview would last, who I would be meeting with and the fact that I would have to take a grammar test and do sample tickets. The fact they had me do sample tickets was slightly weird and a bit insulting. I wouldn’t have taken the job if it was offered to me as I only saw 1 woman in the whole place and zero people of color. I was talked down to the entire time during my interview as well. Not a good place for women in my opinion.
