After filling out an online application, I was contacted for a brief (30 minute) video interview with the recruiting team member as well as his manager. They asked quite a few questions, then gave me ample time to ask mine as well as honest answers about time expectations (50 hours a week, including one weekend half-day shift). I appreciated them being so forthcoming and even if they had advanced me, the high number of tickets they expect this role to churn through daily sounds incredibly stressful!

Fast and easy, direct to the point. The HR is friendly, and the aura is light. I don't have any bad impressions. Also very accommodating in answering questions for follow-ups.

It was awesome! Updates are every consistent! They send an update every 24-48 hours which is very important to me or to any job seekers. Very friendly from the recruiter, managers and even the director! It was a great experience.

It was the Customer Support Mini Project that I found challenging.
Same with other company. Following same style of questioning. They want to know you better if you are qualified for the role. Setting expectations and company overview was met. There will be different steps for the recruitment process and they will update you regarding the progress.
