They have a simple vetting process. Your first interview will be through HR which consists of standard interview questions. Once you get through the first phase your next interview will be with the department manager whom is hiring. Sometimes that may be with a panel or just one individual. Very standard interview process. They don't throw any curve balls with the questions.
