Had a direct interview scheduled without a phone screening. They flew me out to Cleveland Clinic (all travel expenses paid through them), stayed at the attached Intercontinental Hotel, then had a series of interviews with various leadership throughout many different departments, a lunch interview, and a very tough panel interview with two other candidates (one was another student from my grad program).
