I was able to get to the first round of interviews quite quickly after applying which was very chilled (perhaps a bit too much) with no concrete question, just a quick topline explanation of the role, that I will get more info in the next round, what are my salary expectations etc. Basically I was told that I am already selected for the second round and that this talk is more or less for me just to get more info on the role. After the talk I was sent some personality test/assessments and it was said that after completing them I will get the date for the second round. I got the link to assessment, completed it - it took approx an hour and it was quite in depth, however then I was completely ghosted. No feedback, no email, no second round nothing whatsoever. Extremely weird situation, basically I was ghosted and did not get any reply even when I wrote them an email a couple of weeks later asking what is going on.

I was asked to set a time for the call. Just before the meeting interviewer moves it to next week without asking. In the meeting I was told that I am already approved to next stage. I should at first make some time consuming tests, then I will get the invitation to next meeting. This invitation never comes without any feedback. Feels like they are just collecting data and making you fill tests.
