Pretty relaxed, they basically want to know your technical expertise, then how much you're willing to be abused in your work. Interview with CEO will demotivate you and make you think you're no-use in front of him; you'll end up thinking that the best thing in life is working for them, as if they're actually giving anything in return for their overtimes.

Horrendous, the CEO will try to intimidate you so you know you'll die with the same position you applied for. The HR manager interviews me on the phone first and she was very nice so it was a big difference from her to Tarek Dajani who is a freaky guy
