The first meeting I had was a screening meeting with the HR, to understand more about what I was looking for and why. Then I had two interviews back to back with Consulting Director and Consulting Manager. Then there was a feedback meeting with HR on how I was doing so far in the interview process. Which was a pleasant surprise. This then followed by a final interview with another senior manager.

First round was a call with a recruiter talking through my resume and talking about who I am. The second round was two back-to-back interviews focusing more on behavioral questions and my approach to problems. The recruiter was great and was very nice but the two people I interviewed with in the second round didn't seem too interested. After the second round I never heard back about whether I did or did not receive an offer which seems unprofessional and I just wish they at least sent me something saying I didn't get the position.
