Super unprofessional in my opinion - Took the time to meet on Teams for 30 mins (1st round interview) and was told I'd hear back about next steps by EOW, then was ghosted and never heard from them again. I get it's a small company but I think it's very rude to not follow up with people who you spoke with via a video call, unfortunately this is not common decency everywhere. Interview itself was average and not too difficult.
