I applied through a recruiter. The first one was a technical interview with the team lead and another team member. No difficult questions. I've been told that I will have an HR interview after the technical interview but HR didn't show up and I've been told that it was a miscommunication! The Second step was a meeting with the CTO, pretty good interview with normal questions like walk me through your resume, what is your strenghts? If I ask your team-mates what they tell about you? , ... Again after the meeting, the HR didn't show up and CTO had to look for her a few minutes and finally another lady from HR had a quick meeting with me! She told me they are going to make the decision by a couple of days later and will let me know. The process took more than 3 weeks and I've never heard back of them. I followed up with my recruiter and he told me he didn't get any feedback either! The hiring process was completely unprofessional! A complete waste of time!
