The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had 2 interviews in the office with a mixture of directors and VPs, along with 2 phone interviews with the CMO. If you are a strong online marketer they will cover any area you would expect (SEO, PPC, site testing, on-page optimization, content strategy, conversion funnels, analytics, etc). Don't expect curveballs and be ready to think on your feed. The conversation will explore areas where you are unable to give strong answers quickly.

Entrevista
The interview process was pretty rigorous, though it has changed since I went through it. I visited the office on two different occasions, each time meeting with at least 2 sets of 2-3 people, as well as the CMO. The questions were thought-provoking and really made me thing. That said, when I was not sure of how to answer, I was honest and they seemed to appreciate that.
