Went through 2 rounds of interviewing and had setup a 3rd for a technical interview only to find out that the position I was being considered for had changed from a Senior Analytics Engineer to a Product Analyst(???) role. When I asked them if it was a mistake they said the role I was originally in the process of interviewing for had already been filled. No notice or anything. They were planning to let me interview without telling me hoping I wouldn't notice or something - wasting both parties time. Classic bait and switch during the interview process. Needless to say, Clearcover, you've come across as a pretty unprofessional company. Keep working on that. Also, the remedial questions asked during the interview were stupid easy. I certainly hope you chose someone that knows what they're doing. :]
