All interviews conducted are free-flow and very professional. What I like the most is the round robin interview set, where it lets all the applicants express themselves through different topics of discussion.

It was smooth and organize. I feel comfortable with how Andrew facilitated the interview and his questions were simple, easy to understand and concise. I appreciate him setting expectation why he was asking those questions and explaining the processes and terms that might be new to me. Overall it was a great experience.
