Assessment day style interview with a group of people. Very down to earth company and welcoming. Really put you at ease and make the whole day much easier. Interview didn't feel like an interview, just a casual conversation which is a massive help.

The process consisted of a presentation, a brainstorm session where people were put in groups in order to come up with a plan for an app that uses ClearBank's infrastructure and an individual interview.
