The recruitment process was challenging due to multiple last-minute reschedules of my interview with recruiter without prior communication or explanation. Although the recruiter eventually apologized and I expressed my readiness to continue, they ultimately ghosted me and did not follow up. This lack of professionalism made for a frustrating candidate experience. I hope the company improves its communication to better respect candidates’ time
