Very hard they really know what to look for when deciding who runs the routes. If I were you I would practice being clear and confident. Look in the eyes dress appropriate ext. don't be shy go in there acting like you already have the job because you are the best fit and that will really help. Have an extra resume ready on hand to give them. This makes you look more prepared.
