The interview was a positive experience that lasted around 30 minutes. Interviewer asked questions ranging from experience levels, personal beliefs on renewable energy, ideas on how to increase diversity and in the energy sector. I thought if went really well and was told after the interview that I will hear if I will continue on the next round in a couple weeks. It was been over a month and not even a generic rejection email. I am disappointed that such a promising organization would be part of the unprofessional ghosting recruiting phenomenon.
