In one word? Conversational. It was a super friendly atmosphere. I rode up to the building and was welcomed inside by the front desk- they guide you over to the Think Tank (a waiting/meeting room) with cozy furniture and fun, brightly colored accent walls, inside is a big TV with Class advertisements silently playing, and next to that sits a fridge with water for your convenience. It was a nice place to get relaxed before your interviewer is ready to see you. Immediately I was greeted with "Did you find the place okay?" and other pleasantries, compliments were given- it was overall a super nice way to start things off. I was lead to a meeting room with comfy office chairs, where I sat with two ladies. We had more pleasant conversation, and it flowed nicely from our personal lives (Not too detailed, but just getting to know you, you know,) to work, and it integrated well with the business interview questions. None of the interaction felt awkward or forced, and the nerves of an interview slowly melted off as the process got going. It was comfortable, there was lots of laughing and discussion- it was really quite lovely! After the initial interview, I was taken on a walk around the building and showed all the amenities and fun parts of class appraisal- they show genuine interest in you and your hobbies, previous work, and ethics; they're not just asking to get it out of the way. It's easy going, relaxing, and even fun, while remaining professional, brief and detailed.
