Interview with Clinicial Supervisor first, then second interview with the team if supervisor thinks you should proceed. Interview questions asked were not that difficult, be ready to tell what you know about the company/model and how your previous experience has prepared you for this particular position. The interview was very laid back and conversational in nature. In my opinion, they do not prepare you/disclose the reality of the job and its requirements/sacrafices.
