The first round of the interview was with the Area Business Manager for the region I applied. Even though I was initially supposed to interview both her and the Director of Operations. Both rounds of interviews were mostly conversational as they tried to understand if you are a good fit for the position.

Applied online and got contacted by the manager one month later for an interview. The interviewer looked very tired and aloof, questions were mainly behavioral but were thorough and deep. Got ghosted afterwards.
