My initial introduction to the company was through a head hunter who coordinated in the interview timing. I did not actually speak with anyone at the company until the day of my first interview. I met with the HR Manager and 1 other person on the first day. I schedule a time to come back and met with 3 other people. I was called the next day before noon with a job offer, which I accepted. There was no room to negotiate and I knew that going in.
