Initial phone screening with one person. The next round of interviews were in-person. The first person I met with was the same person who has done the phone screening. They "interviewed" me for 1.5 hours. I put interviewed in quotes because the women asked 1-2 questions, I asked my 5-6 questions and expected to move onto the next interviewer but instead she just sat there and starred so I was forced to think of more questions to fill hour void. Then I met with 4 other people that were great, but the first person turned me off to the role!
