I was contacted via phone for a phone interview to be done the very next day. The questions were altogether very straightforward: why would you want to work here, what is your biggest strength, etc. The interview itself lasted a total of about 30 minutes. The director and the secretary of the department were present for the entire interview and they were all very cordial and considerate. No mean or catty questions were asked and no answers of the same nature were present, either.
