The process started with a meeting with a Managing Partner and an Account Director, the first interview was really informal and chatty, it was like having a chat with some friends which made me feel at ease. I was set a writing task which I completed and was invited back to meet the CEO, another Managing Partner and a Director. The second meeting with the Managing Partner and Director was pretty similar to the first however, with similar questions just a little more in-depth. The meeting with the CEO was really great and again just a casual chat about expectations and the company.
