The interview process was with the hiring manager and with HR. Questions were not that difficult, more focused on guest experience and overall organisational skills. The interview has 2-3 stages. I had the first stage interview with the Guest Relations Manager. Once a candidate passes this stage, the Front Office Manager will be the next one who interviews, followed by the Director of Rooms.
