I had a short interview on the phone, it was hard to hear at times but questions were worded clearly and easy to follow. It was a bit unclear however when I was meant to keep talking or whether I needed to stop.

The interview process is decent. Very friendly and it's best to be relaxed when expressing your views to the interviewer. There will be various types of questions asking about specific experiences.
