I applied through university career center (nomination is required if local university). Beforehand, there is a document check, your academic qualifications etc. 5-person panel interview which lasted a very short time. At the time of writing I have not received an offer yet.

register in a room first, and wait for interview. then the staff will bring you to another room. they will ask you to do self-intro in english first, and 3 interviewers will ask you questions.

Just a very short interview, last for around 10 mins per candidate, the questions being asked were mostly based on the resume of the candidate, most of them are very typical interview questions .
