2 rounds of 15 minutes phone interviews appear to filter candidates with generic questions from an indian recruiter. 3rd Additional 45 minute interview that actually never happened. Somewhat unprofessional and felt like a numbers game for them. Recommend that you avoid.
Initial 5 min phone call with a Civica recruiter, followed up by 2 further rounds of video interviews. All interviewers were nice and friendly, asking a variety of general and industry specific questions.

There were 3 Round , The first round was of aptitude and the second round was technical both were fair enough and went well. After two day's I got a call from the company and they told me that your third round is scheduled and its a HR round. On the third round instead of HR they started taking the technical questioning, I understand that its important that its important , but the twist is that the person was asking me to explain bitcoin , crypto. At that time I was literally shocked that this is an interview for the BA and you are wasting time in asking how crypto works. Are you serious on this. After that I got a rejection mail from the company as I was not able to explain "Blockchain" to that guy.
