Phone interview, in-person interview with staff members, classroom observation, final interview with executive director. I did not receive an offer, or even an email notifying me that they went with another candidate, after making it to the last round interview with the executive director. The unprofessionalism carried out throughout the interview process makes me thankful that I did not receive an offer or end up working there.
