Entrevista
Interviewed for a mid-level director role with City Year HQ - was able to work directly through someone in their people ops team who guided me through the entire process. This person really made me feel like they were on my team and at bat for me throughout the entire process. It was very long - screening interview, video interview with potential boss, writing assignment, panel interview with potential colleagues, and video interview with boss' boss - but every step of the way the people ops' team member prepared me and guided me.

Entrevista
I submitted my resume and cover letter online, and received an email requesting an interview the next day. The call was about 20 minutes long with the local Manager of People, who also outlined their process (phone screening, followed by in-person interviews the following week, job slated to start two weeks after the offer was made).

Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en City Year (Boston, MA) en jun 2014
Entrevista
I reached out to the organization for an informational interview, which was scheduled pretty quickly. It seemed like it was worth pursuing, so I submitted a resume and cover letter. The HR and hiring manager screened my resume and set up a phone screen interview. After the phone screen, there was a panel interview with current staff. After a few weeks, there was a final interview with the hiring manager. Soon after that, I was contacted with the offer.
