Pretty standard at first but finished very poorly and unprofessional. Started with conversation with a recruiter. A personality assessment then a video where you answer a few questions. Then if you are chosen you're moved on to hiring managers. They led me to believe the interview went well and that Id move on to the next step. Not once said we'll finish our interview process and make a selection. I had to follow up consistently just be strung along for 2 weeks and then denied with no explanation. I've interviewed and hired a ton of candidates throughout my career and would not treat someone this way. The process needs a lot of work. Not only could I have fixed that, I could have made a huge difference within the organization. Makes no sense to me, but everything happens for a reason.
