After applying online, via the City Plumbing website and Jobs page, I was called by Becs. We had a really good chat about the role, my background. What I was looking for etc and she told me that she'd like to invite me to a formal interview. The interview was at the Crick head office a couple of days later and again, the questions were good, relevant and our conversation flowed. I had lots of opportunity to ask questions about the company and find out everything I needed to know. I was told that I would hear back from them very soon, and I did, within 24 hours! They was flexible about my starting date because of my already booked commitments, and I'm happy to say that I am now working for them - and happy!!
